It's like if Ramadanman met Carl Craig - probably.  I don't know much about techno.  But I do know this tune is a banger.  The video is like The Prodigy's 'Smack My Bitch Up' one but following a dutch-looking bloke and trippy cutaways to a horse in snow.  Arty.

It's feels Chopped & Screwed, slowing down the original making it akin to a Resident Evil level instrumental, but with understated phantom-ish drums and laying it on thick with the atmospherics.  In a good way.
